Online Tripod Beta training course including accreditation for 'Tripod Beta Bronze Practitioner'. The program is spread over 5 days. Each day we run a 3-hour online power session from 3 PM till 6 PM (Central European Time).

The course program covers topics related to the required knowledge, skills, tools and mindset to participate in a Tripod Beta incident investigation process. There is a strong focus on understanding the Tripod Beta analysis method and how to apply it in your professional environment.

· Barrier thinking;
· The principles of incident causation (business disturbances);
· The influence of human behaviour on incidents, and the philosophy behind it;
· Creating a timeline (e.g. STEP);
