About the event

During this two-day in-person course, you will learn how to analyse risks using bowties. A thorough explanation of the method is combined with hands-on exercises using the BowTieXP software. The course covers how to build and apply bowtie diagrams in your organisation. Our trainers have at least 8 years of experience implementing barrier-based risk management.

Training goals

  • Understand where bowties are best applied
  • Create correct bowtie diagrams
  • Work with the BowTieXP software to create bowties
  • Apply metadata such as barrier effectiveness, accountability, criticality and more
  • Run reports
