IAAW: Incident Management Awareness
An additional non-Investigator module for leaders, managers, legal advisors and other key figures who are not part of the investigation team, but who do have a role to play in the process of learning from incidents.
IAII: Investigation & Interview Techniques
Ideal for investigators who want to receive investigator soft skills, advanced investigation & interview techniques and knowledge on how to design and execute a complete incident investigation process.
BFA1: Barrier Failure Analysis (Basic)
The training program offers the knowledge and skills required to compose a full BFA analysis. Participants will also learn how to draw conclusions and compose recommendations.
BFA2: Barrier Failure Analysis (Advanced)
This 2-day BFA course is similar to the 1-day course (BFA1). Additional focus is on the facilitation of the BFA process and presentation of the analysis.
The training program offers the knowledge and skills required to compose a Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Participants will also learn how to draw conclusions and compose recommendations.
SIM: Simple Incident Analysis Method
The training program offers the knowledge and skills required to compose a full SIM analysis.
IASW: IncidentXP Software (BFA / RCA / TOPSET)
The program focuses entirely on the application of one of the modules of the IncidentXP software suite (BFA / RCA / TOPSET).
After a brief refresher of the theory, participants will mainly practice using own cases.
IACS: Post-Training Coaching & Support
Our post-training support aims for coaching BowTie practitioners and facilitators during their first experiences in the field.
We also deliver our courses online in a highly interactive Virtual Classroom setting!
